Refunds and Returns

All purchases are through marketplaces
We sell only on third party marketplaces, including Etsy and Teachers Pay Teachers. All payments, taxes, fees, and refunds are handled by those platforms. We cannot issue refunds or partial refunds directly from this website or by email. Please open your request with the platform where you purchased.

Digital downloads
Digital items are final once delivered on the marketplace. If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us and we will help you get a working link or the correct file. This is support only. Refund decisions are made by the marketplace under its policy.

Physical merchandise
If an order includes a physical item, the return and exchange rules are set on the marketplace listing. Start your return within the window shown on the product page and follow the platform instructions. If an item arrives damaged, submit photos through the marketplace. You can copy us so we can assist your claim.

Where to request a refund or return
Make your request on the same platform where you purchased. Include your order number and the item title.
Etsy orders. Use your Etsy account order page to request help.
Teachers Pay Teachers orders. Use your TPT account purchases page to request help.

What we can do
• Replace a wrong or corrupted file with the correct working file
• Clarify product details and troubleshoot access problems
• Provide general guidance on the marketplace process

What we cannot do
• Issue refunds or store credit outside the marketplace
• Bypass marketplace policies or timelines
• Accept returns shipped to us directly for marketplace orders

Accidental duplicate purchase
Open a ticket with the marketplace first. Also email us with your order details so we can support the request.

Chargebacks and disputes
Disputes and chargebacks are handled by the marketplace and your card issuer. Contact the marketplace support team for the fastest resolution. Share your order details with us so we can provide documentation.
