Who we are
This website is operated by Saddlebrook Creative Works, LLC. Our divisions include Saddlebrook Creative Works Education and Eternal Youth Alchemy.

Agreement to terms
By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms as the site grows. The revised version will show a new effective date.

Allowed use
You may view the site and use our resources for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, repost, resell, mirror, scrape, or automate access to our content without written permission.

License for educational materials

Single-teacher license
When you download or purchase an educational resource from Saddlebrook Creative Works, you receive a nontransferable license for one educator. You may print and use the resource with your own students in your classroom or tutoring practice. You may post the resource for enrolled students only behind a password in an LMS such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology.

No sharing
Do not share, email, upload, or distribute our files to other educators or teams. Do not post our files on public sites or shared drives.

No commercial use
Do not resell, rebrand, or include our resources in any product, membership, course, or workshop that others pay for. Do not use our content to create derivative products for sale.

Institutions
Schools and districts need a site or district license to share resources across multiple educators. Contact Us.

Tutoring
You may use the resource with your own paying students. You may not give or sell the files to them or to other tutors.

Accounts and subscriptions
If you create an account or join an email list, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Marketplace purchases
We sell through third-party marketplaces, including Etsy and Teachers Pay Teachers. When you click a product link and buy on those sites, your purchase and payment are handled by that platform. Their terms, privacy policy, and refund rules apply to that transaction. We do not receive or store full payment details.
We may receive limited order information such as your name, email, and the item purchased. We use this only for customer support and order issues.

Digital downloads
Unless a product page says otherwise, digital downloads are nonrefundable once delivered. If you have trouble accessing a file, email us and we will help.

Ownership and intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by Saddlebrook Creative Works, LLC or used with permission. This includes text, images, logos, downloads, and course materials. You may not use our trademarks or logos without written permission.

User submissions
If you send us ideas, comments, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive right to use and share that content for site operations and promotion. Do not send content you do not have the right to share.

No professional advice
Our wellness and education content is for information and inspiration only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for personal decisions.

Third-party links and tools
Our site links to other websites or embed tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available, but services may change or pause for updates, maintenance, or new features.
